Partner terms
A short summary of how the simBalkans partner programme works. The full partner terms and the self-billing agreement are shown in the partner portal, and every partner accepts them before the first payout.
Who we are
The programme is run by StayLink Ltd, Bulgaria, the company behind simbalkans.com. Joining is by application; we review every request and may decline any, including coupon and cashback sites unless invited.
Commission
Affiliates earn a commission (by default 10%) of the amount a new customer pays, excluding VAT, on their first eSIM purchase made through the partner's tracked link or code. Top-ups, business orders and repeat purchases don't earn commission. If both a link and a code apply, the code counts. Partners can't earn on their own purchases.
Codes and links
Each affiliate gets a personal code giving their audience a discount (by default 5%) and a tracked link that works on any page of simbalkans.com. Links are only remembered for visitors who accept marketing cookies. Commission and discount together may be capped so that no sale is made at a loss.
Confirmation and payouts
A commission is confirmed 45 days after the order unless the order is refunded, disputed or cancelled. On the 1st of each month, confirmed commission is added up and paid by bank transfer once it reaches €50; smaller amounts roll over to the next month.
Self-billing
Partners don't write invoices. Under the self-billing agreement, we issue the invoice for the commission in the partner's name each month, with the correct VAT treatment. Private individuals without a business receive a statement of amounts paid, with any tax we are required to withhold.
Business purchases
Hotels, agencies and tour operators can buy eSIMs for their guests in the portal, pay by card and receive an English invoice. Each eSIM can be sent to a guest by email with installation instructions.
